The following is a handout I created on how to visualize warning signals in a class setting or cafeteria setting. The handout includes, tips, suggestions and signs on ways to prevent fighting during the school day. At Ocean Tides, working with juvenile delinquent students, fighting is bound to happen during the after school program. I wanted to find ways and learn ways to be able to prevent fights happening during my hours.
Through research, experience with staff and children, I was able to develop the handout. I have spoken to the person I shadow about this topic often. Through creating this handout, I was able to develop my knowledge of a management style.
